Why Darling is dear to us!

Anthony de Jager (Fairview) will present a wine tasting at The Marmalade Cat

Charles Back is widely regarded as the most innovative vineyard owner in South Africa and for the last 26 years winemaker Anthony De Jager has translated this energy into a much-respected range of wines, many of which are made in small quantities and all of which have a story to tell.
With 140 ha of prime vineyard overlooking Darling, and 14 different varieties planted, these “Atlantic vineyards” provide Anthony no shortage of fine fruit, and if that is not enough, he will be also be showing some rather interesting wines from their other vineyards.

Price per person is R185 and includes the wine tasting plus a three-course meal
There are limited seats, so please book early to avoid disappointment! Contact 022 492 3971 or taste@darlingwine.co.za
